We hope you are enjoying the adventure so far and having fun. Remember to share with any knowledge or experience you have with your colleagues. It may help them out if they get stuck or vice versa!
But how do you qualify for the prize draw? Good question! All Manukau Libraries employees are eligible for prize draw as long as they complete each step of the programme by Monday 5 July 2010.
You also need to register your blog, and create a separate post on your blog each week to record your progress of your 6 week journey. Each post on your blog should be at least 50 words. There are questions or pointers provided with each activity to help you out.
Remember that your managers will be checking your blogs at the end of the course to see how you went, and Digital Services staff will be visiting your pages and leaving comments along the way.
So check out the discovery exercise for how to register your blog, this will officially register you if you wish to enter the prize draw upon completion of all 6 tasks.

The blog register lets everyone share their blogs. Blogs are all about communication so we encourage you to visit other staff members blogs, make comments, learn from each other!
- Locate the URL of your blog - this will be the URL that you entered when setting up the blog.
- Email the URL and your chosen 'alias' through to the Web 2.0 info-email manukaulearn@gmail.com You'll also need to cc your manager letting them know of your blog URL. Don't forget to do this or you won't be eligible to receive your prize!
- That's it! You're done.
